The Iverson Ranch is located in Chatsworth @ the #118 Freeway and Topanga Canyon. Much of it is now developed. South of the freeway is a townhome/condominium complex, mobile home park and a small park (where the Garden of the Gods sits). North of the freeway are multi-million dollar homes which are located where the Upper Iverson was. A large apartment complex is on the Middle Iverson.
